It's feature is in small size, fast response, high stability and reliability; wide range of operating temperature from -55? up to 250?.
It can be used for temperature compensation and detection, as well as for circuit compensation. Such as used in household appliances (e.g. induction cooker, microwave ovens, electric fans, electric heaters, etc), automation facilities (e.g. copiers, printer, etc), industrial electronics, and so on.
